DCG Hires New Production Manager, Nick Smith

We are pleased to announce a new member of DCG Partnership 1, LTD (DCG).

Nick Smith has shown great team spirit and leadership and a willingness to roll up his sleeves and get the job done. He exhibits the values that are important to our company, and with the proper support and training can continue to learn and grow in his role in our organization. He has reduced instrument downtime by working with the Director of Research, Alejandro Gonzalez, and other laboratory team members to repair instrumentation in the DCG Analytical Laboratory and has made several improvements to our processes.

Nick Smith, Production Manager

Nick joined DCG with 12 years of Laboratory Supervisory experience.  In his role, Nick will be responsible for managing the Cylinder, Liquid and Analytical Laboratory Team Members. He will collaborate with the Sales, Quality, Cylinder Maintenance / Preparation and Shipping Departments to ensure timely execution and shipping of all orders to our customers. He will work with Russell Johnston, the Director of Quality, Safety, and Strategy, to ensure the safety of all DCG team members and visitors.

Nick will assist Senior Leadership to improve the quality of our processes and procedures, and ensure that we continue to send the highest quality products to our customers, while at the same time developing our DCG team members in their personal and professional goals. We look forward to working together to achieve our goals to grow the company, gain a bigger market share and expand our global footprint.
